As Chief Growth Officer at Integrity Marketing Solutions (IMS), James has coached hundreds of estate planning and elder law attorneys to generate real revenue through smarter marketing, better positioning, and more impactful conversations.

His superpower?
Helping good people become great at sales — without becoming someone they’re not.

James built The Sales Foundry to bring together everything he’s learned as a sales leader, marketing executive, and growth strategist. Drawing from proven frameworks from the likes of Zig Zigler, Jack Canfield, Sandler Sales, and his own T.R.U.S.T. Selling methodology, he teaches advisors how to lead, listen, and close with heart and precision.

Whether he’s running a mastermind, refining an intake script, or coaching a firm’s receptionist into a confident “Director of First Impressions,” James brings passion, empathy, and clarity to every interaction.
